DELIVERY INFORMATION

Local orders are delivered within 4 working days via courier service. 

We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse in Malta. Please note this may take longer during our sale periods or other high peak seasons.

 

CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER

Kindly email us at info@sultana.mt, quoting your order number in the subject together with your request. For technical reasons, it is not possible to change your order once it has been confirmed or out for delivery.

All items purchased at www.sultana.mt can be returned within 21 days. Read return policy over here.
